Order Cancellation Policy & Procedure

Clay & Pottery Supplies processeds and ships all verified orders within 1-2 business days with the exception of weekends and holidays. An order may only be cancelled prior to shipment.

How To Cancel An Order

Do not wait! Contact us to request an order cancellation. Please be sure to include your order ID#, name, and purchase details to help us expressly determine the next step.

Successful Cancellation

You will be notified with further details by email once we have confirmed your order has qualified for cancellation and a refund has been issued.



  1. Any cancellation requests made prior to shipment will be eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment used: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc. Any questions regarding date posting to your account should be directed to the card-issuing bank.
  2. In the event that the item(s) have already been shipped, customers must review our Return Policy for more information and procedures.
  3. In the event that the item(s) have already been delivered, the customer must return the product to our company's address within 14 days in its original packaging and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  4. If the item(s) are found to be damaged or used upon return, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. In the event that the item(s) have not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after item(s) have been received and inspected.
