Return Eligibility, RMAs, Refunds, Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase(s). However, if you feel you would like to return your item(s), we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
 

Policy Details

If your order has an error or has been previously cancelled, please do not refuse courier delivery. Refusing delivery may cause delays in issuing a credit or refund.
 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% of the product value will apply.
 

Timeframe:

You have 21 calendar days from the purchase receipt date to initiate a return.
 

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received this number, please securely package the item and send it to the address provided with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
 

Refunds:

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
 

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Exclusions:

There are certain items that are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
 

Exchanges:

Product exchanges are possible, but will be required to follow the same authorization procedure as a return.
 

Incorrect Item(s) or Damaged Goods:

How To Initiate A Return:

Please do one of the following:

  1. Request a return authorization by completing this Return Request Form. Your initial order sent via email will be required for reference during form entry process. Our customer support will contact you with details on how to proceed with sending your item(s) back to us.
  2. Email us at info@clayandpotterysupplies.com with a request to initiate a return authorization. Make sure to include your name, order ID#, list of item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for doing so.
