Shipping:

To check the status of your order, visit the Order History within your customer account or check your email inbox for your Order Confirmation. Your order status will be:
Processing: This means we’re currently processing and packaging your order. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you are eligible to cancel it by following the procedure outlined in our Cancellation Policy. If you need help canceling your order, please send us a message with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible. If we have already processed and shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel it.
Most customers can expect to receive their order within 1 to 7 days depending on which shipping method and service option is selecting during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the destination address. All available shipping couriers, service options, and costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do offer international shipping to select countries outside of Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Payments:

To place an order, you can either log in to your customer account, create a new account, or checkout as a guest without an account.

Next, browse for the items you would like to order. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for products. Click on a product to see more details. To add the product to your cart, click on the button that says “Add to Cart.”

After you add something to your cart, you can keep shopping or proceed to checkout. While you’re shopping, you can always click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.

On the checkout page, add or select your billing and shipping address. Then, add your preferred your payment method. Before you place your order, review the items in your cart. Any discounts or promotions will be reflected in your Order Total. When you’re ready, confirm your order to proceed to enter your payment details. Once successfully completed, we’ll send you an email confirming your order.
Your payment method will be charged automatically at the time of purchase.
If you’re having trouble processing with your credit card, make sure the billing address and postal/zip code you entered during checkout matches the address on file with your credit card and/or bank. Enter the name and credit card number exactly the way you see it on the card. Before you place your order, add the 3-digit CVV security code found on the back of your card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Visa and PayPal. All other payment methods will require prior arrangements.

 

Promotions:

Applying a promotional coupon code is simple! During the checkout process, simply type the code into the box that says “Discount Code.” Then, click the button that says “Apply.” Coupon codes are either valid to be used once per customer or for a limited time during a promotional period. Returns:

Our return policy is straightforward to ensure a positive shopping experience. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please review our Return Eligibility, RMAs, Refunds, Exchanges Policy for more information and proper procedure.

Absolutely not, there is no minimum purchase required. You may purchase as much or as little as you like.
We charge sales tax for all items shipped to the following Canadian provinces: BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, NL, PEI, YK, NVT, and NWT. No sales tax is charged for customer shipments in the United States.
