Payment Methods:

We accept payments via all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, debit Visa, or PayPal. All payments must be made in Canadian or US dollars.

All transactions are processed using PayPal's secure payment processing platform.
 

Do I Need A PayPal Account To Place My Order:

No. PayPal's secure payment processing includes an option to Pay with Credit Card or Visa Debit. See figure below for this option.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For custom orders or projects requiring significant investment, a deposit may be required before work can begin. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for which payment has not been received in a timely manner.
 

Sales Tax:

Applicable taxes are calculated based on customers shipping/delivery address. All goods sold through Clay & Pottery Supplies are billed from Ontario, Canada. The following table illustrates tax rates by region:

Late Payments:

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. If the account remains delinquent for more than 30 days, we may turn it over to a collection agency and legal action may be pursued to recover the outstanding amount.
 

Refunds:

In the event that a refund is required, we will issue it promptly using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
 

Payment Security:

We take payment security seriously and use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information. We do not store credit card information on our servers, and all transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway.
